What is the reason for you to add this scenario? For example [this feature] is differently implemented in different applications and I see some interoperability problems there.

  1. Step 1: create a text document.
  2. Step 2: launch AT tools,e.g. JAWS
  3. Step 3: press ctrl+F, the find&replace dialog
  4. Step 4: press tab key to navigate each control on the dialog, check AT tools to read each control
  5. Step 5: input text “This is a test document”
  6. Step 6: move cursor to the beginning of the above sentence, check AT tools to read the text
  7. Step 7: insert a rectangle shape
  8. Step 8: select the rectangle shape, check AT tools to read the rectangle shape
  9. Step 10: Save as [accessibility1_xxxx.odt]

Please follow the file name convention outlined in the faq. Note that the PDF files can be included as a previewing aid, but uploading the ODF files is much more important.
