Accessibility - table header information

1. Step1: create a .odt document
2. Step2: create a 3rows X 5columns table
3. Step3: set the first row as column header, and set the first column as the row header by GUI
4. Step4: save the document as “AccTableHeader_xxxx.odt”

Please follow the file name convention outlined in the faq. Note that the PDF files can be included as a previewing aid, but uploading the ODF files is much more important.
