[Accessibility - Caption for non-text objects]

Steps

  1. Step1: create a .odt document
  2. Step2: launch screen reader. e.g. JAWS
  3. Step3: insert an Ellipse shape
  4. Step4: select the shape, add caption for the shape by GUI
  5. Step5: select the shape again, check screen reader to read the caption info
  6. Step6: save the document as “AccCaption_xxxx.odt”

Files

Please follow the file name convention outlined in the faq. Note that the PDF files can be included as a previewing aid, but uploading the ODF files is much more important.
