Accessibility - ODF application and Document information

Steps

  1. Step1: create a .odt document
  2. Step2: launch a screen reader,e.g. JAWS
  3. Step3: ctrl+F to popup Find&Replace dialog
  4. Step4: move focus to the dialog, check screen reader to read each control on the dialog
  5. Step5: input “This is test document”
  6. Step6: move cursor to the beginning of the above text, check screen reader to read the sentence
  7. Step7: insert a rectangle shape
  8. Step8: select the shape, check screen reader to read the shape
  9. Step9: save the document as “AccAppContent_xxx.odt”

Files

Please follow the file name convention outlined in the faq. Note that the PDF files can be included as a previewing aid, but uploading the ODF files is much more important.
